I am new to this gym, but I love it!! The owner was really friendly and helpful. So far, it doesn't get too crowded and I haven't had to wait for anything.

I’ve been going here for several years. The prices went up a little but still reasonable for great equipment, with no insane lines to use it. The staff members are always friendly. Never had an issue with anything at this gym.

I signed up on Feb 21 after procrastinating for 3 days and then sitting in the parking lot for 45 minutes having anxiety. Little short jacked blonde guy welcomed me in and was super nice, I think his name was Eric or something but I could be wrong. I probably would have chickened if not for him. Thanks to his help I’m a further step along in recovery. Otherwise the facilities are nice, clean, not crowded most of the time. Family atmosphere, during the weekday it’s mostly old people and moms. Anyway thank you to whoever that guy is and to this place for everything.

So happy to have found this gym! It is affordable and it is not overcrowded. The gym is clean, equipment is in great shape, staff is friendly and gym members are respectful and keep to themselves.

I signed up here, and I love this place. I'm currently on my body building prep, and i've been here almost every day, and absolutely nobody has bothered me like most of the gyms I go to. The only piece of equipment I wish they had was a plate loaded seated row, but I am nitpicky, and I'm just a little obsessed. I love the atmosphere here too. There's enough space for me to do walking lunges, and they have metal plates that I can't live without!!!

Great gym if you are looking to escape the busy VASA gyms. The staff here have always been kind and friendly and the gym is never so busy where you can’t work out. Clean facilities and it has a sauna.

I have been a member of this gym on and off for many years. They are always friendly and non-judgmental no matter how flaky I am about my dedication, HA! The facility is up to date and well organized, the vibe is very chill with the other patrons, and the bathrooms are very very clean. They don't play a bunch of silly games with billing or cancellations. I really enjoy this gym.

This is a great gym. I did have an issue with how loud the music was, but management addressed it and not the volume is much more tolerable. There are a number of generations of equipment here, which is nice because it allows you to target the same muscle groups in slightly different ways. My wish list items are one more pec/fly machine and independent adductor/abductor machines. I'm putting this here because I know that management reads these reviews. :)

Great gym with tons of equipment. There isn't anything they don't have. There's a free weight room, cardio room, and cable room. It gets busy around 5 PM, which is normal for most gyms. Staff are friendly. The gym is clean too.

I will say when it comes to “Gyms” this is one of the Best in the Business it reminds me of a Golds Gym!! The Staff and New owner is extremely cool and nice! I’ll also say it feels like home everyone is nice and they don’t stare at you like weirdos lol
